Refund Policy

At Swimasis, we strive to provide a great experience for all guests. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Deposits may be applied toward rescheduling if notice is given within the allowed timeframe
2. Cancellations

Cancellations made 2 weeks/14 days or more in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund (excluding deposit)

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks/14 days before the event are non-refundable

No-shows will not receive a refund
3. Rescheduling

Events may be rescheduled with at least 7 day notice, subject to availability

Deposits can be transferred to a new date one time only

Last-minute rescheduling requests may not be accepted

Light rain does not qualify for a refund

In the case of severe or unsafe weather, Swimasis may:

Offer rescheduling, or

Provide a partial refund at our discretion

Weather-related decisions are made by Swimasis
5. Early Termination of Event
No refunds will be given if an event is ended early due to:

Rule violations

Unsafe behavior

Exceeding guest limits
6. Guest Count Changes

Reductions in guest count after booking do not qualify for refunds

Additional guests may incur extra fees
7. Service Issues

If you experience an issue during your event, you must notify Swimasis immediately so we can attempt to resolve it

Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis
8. Payment Processing Fees
Any applicable processing fees (credit card, booking platform, etc.) may be non-refundable
